Our low-frequency transformers are core equipment for voltage conversion, safety isolation, and stable power supply in power frequency AC (50/60Hz) systems. Known for their robustness, high reliability, and excellent overload capacity, they serve as an indispensable "power foundation" in power distribution, industrial control systems, and traditional electrical equipment, providing safe, stable, and efficient energy solutions for various applications.
☷ Product Description
The JBK5 series transformer is a new generation of energy-saving machine tool control transformer, widely used in various metal cutting machine tools, forging equipment, etc., to provide power for control circuits, work lighting, and indicator signals of machine tools.
▶ Core Material: Made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic induction and low loss, effectively reducing iron loss (no-load loss) to ensure high efficiency, energy saving, and low temperature rise.
▶ Winding Process: Utilizes all-copper or electrolytic copper windings with excellent electrical conductivity and low load loss. The coils are precision-wound and vacuum-impregnated with insulating varnish, resulting in a robust structure with strong short-circuit resistance and weather durability.
▶ Insulation and Protection: Adopts insulation systems from Class A (105°C) to Class F (155°C), offering excellent electrical and mechanical strength. Various enclosure options are available, including open type (IP00), protected type (IP20), and fully enclosed type (IP54), to suit different installation environments.
▶ Cooling Method: Depending on capacity, uses natural air cooling (AN), forced air cooling (AF), or oil-immersed cooling to ensure proper heat dissipation.
☷ Product Advantages
▶ Energy Efficient: Utilizes high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with low core loss. Compared to older transformer models, it effectively reduces electrical energy loss, improves energy utilization efficiency, and aligns with the trend of green and energy-saving development.
▶ Compact and Lightweight: Optimized magnetic circuit design and winding arrangement result in a volume reduction of approximately 20% - 30% compared to traditional machine tool control transformers at the same capacity. The reduced weight facilitates installation and handling while saving internal equipment space.
▶ Excellent Insulation Performance: Uses high-performance insulating materials with vacuum impregnation process for windings, providing high electrical insulation strength and good resistance to moisture, mold, and salt spray. It can withstand harsh working environments, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
▶ Safe and Reliable: Features complete electrical isolation functionality, effectively isolating primary and secondary circuits to prevent electric shock accidents and ensure the safety of operators and equipment. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection measures further enhance operational reliability.
▶ Strong Applicability: Input voltages available in various specifications such as 110V, 220V, and 380V, with output voltages covering common machine tool control and lighting voltages like 6.3V, 12V, 24V, and 36V, meeting diverse needs of different machine tools.
☷ Technical Parameters
▶ Rated Capacity: Covers multiple specifications including 50VA, 100VA, 160VA, 200VA, 250VA, 315VA, 400VA, 500VA, 630VA, 800VA, and 1000VA, allowing selection of appropriate capacity based on actual machine tool electrical load.
▶ Rated Frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz.
▶ Input Voltage: Commonly 220V and 380V; some models support other voltages such as 110V.
▶ Output Voltage: Commonly 6.3V (for indicator lights), 12V, 24V, and 36V (for control circuits, safety lighting, etc.).
▶ Insulation Resistance: Under normal conditions, not less than 100MΩ; under humid and hot conditions, not less than 1MΩ.
▶ Insulation Class: Typically Class B (maximum operating temperature 130°C) or Class F (maximum operating temperature 155°C).
☷ Application Scenarios
