The FeSi magnetic powder core is made of 6.5% silicon and 93.5% iron. The saturation magnetic flux density is approximately 1.6T; the permeability range is 26~90; the FeSi core is a high-temperature material with no thermal aging issues. Its core loss is lower than that of iron powder cores, and it exhibits excellent DC bias performance. It is mainly used in PFC inductors for communication, PFC inductors for high-efficiency server power supplies, switching regulator inductors, boost inductors for photovoltaic inverters, and output inductors for general industrial power supplies.
