1. Introduction to FR-4 epoxy sheet products: This material is made by combining electronic-grade fiberglass cloth with epoxy resin under high temperature and high pressure. It features high voltage resistance, excellent insulation performance, and fire resistance (flame retardancy rating of 94V-0). It is mainly used in products such as electronic transformers, inductors, and electrical insulation. Our company provides full-process services for the entire product, including pressing, stamping, drilling and routing machining, PIN (dummy pin) insertion, and other processing steps.
