This line is used for the automated assembly and testing of small household appliance motors. It includes PCB lead soldering, stator tinning, stator-PCB soldering, A-cap installation, glue dispensing and spraying, rotor magnetization, rotor installation, B-cap installation, ultrasonic welding, labeling, and run-in. Leads are manually loaded, while all other materials are automatically loaded.
